The U.S. Airline Passenger Satisfaction dataset was obtained from kaggle, an open source repo of over 19,000 public datasets. The dataset is of customer level, with 130k samples in total. The U.S. Airline Passenger Satisfaction dataset details information for each customer as it relates to age, gender, type of travel, customer type, class, and flight distance. The dataset also details customer satisfaction levels ranging from values 0-5. The satisfaction level categories range: seat comfort, departure/arrival time convenience, food and drink, gate location, inflight wifi service, inflight entertainment, online support, ease of online booking, on-board service, leg-room service, baggage handling, and checking service.
